In case you're wondering what I was doing in Sardinia, I've included some photos to show what was involved. On the left is what then served as the official signage on the Costa Smeralda, a super deluxe seaside resort. One of my responsibilities was to oversee improvements made to this signage.

This is a solution. My employers wanted specific typefaces sandblasted into the soft Sard granite.

This is a poster I did for the annual yacht race in the straits between Corsica and Sardinia. The client was the Yacht Club of the Costa Smeralda. I did the sketch with my children's markers on a bedroom table.
